Common questions
What do I get with a Verified account?
Full browse access plus an API key after email confirmation (10 requests/day). No personal flight log or personal stats columns; those require an Active plan. See Pricing for Active tiers.
How does the personal flight log work?
Set a location in your account. Every aircraft that passes within 5 miles is logged automatically to your personal sighting history. It runs in the background: no manual entry, no spreadsheets. Your log keeps growing for as long as your plan allows (30 to 365 days).
How is this different from a normal flight tracker?
Generic trackers show where any aircraft is flying worldwide. Active plans build your own overhead log: only flights near your location, tied to your account, with history you can browse, export, and analyse.
Can I change my tracking location later?
Yes, you can update it from your account settings at any time. The new location takes effect straight away.
What happens if I reach my 10 API requests for the day?
The API will stop accepting requests until midnight UTC, when your allowance resets. Everything else on the site carries on as normal.
Is there a minimum contract for the subscription?
No. Cancel anytime from Account → Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
